Subject to the terms below, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services.
We do not generally offer refunds due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our products, which cannot be returned. Refunds will, however, be issued in the case of duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent access to the product; such requests can and should be lodged immediately after the purchase.
If you have any issue with your purchase, or with the content or quality of the product purchased, please write to: [email protected] with order details (product purchased, order date, name of purchaser, and screenshot of confirmation email if one was received) and we will seek a mutually agreeable resolution.
If more than 14 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Accordingly, we encourage all who enroll in our course to begin review and study of the materials as soon as possible after enrolling.
When products or services are purchased from an affiliate of Tech4Me2.com, the request for a refund, and any return of materials, must be submitted to the actual supplier of the goods or services, not to Tech4Me2.com. In such cases, the governing returns and refunds policies will be those of the individual or company from whom the actual purchase was made.
